Chef Tony is well-known in the area for his fine cuisine and his eagerness to find new and creative ways to prepare a menu that will meet the needs of your guests.  Whether you would like a sit-down dinner offering of  Filet Mignon, Grilled Salmon, Chicken Marsala, or you prefer a buffet, they have a menu to fit your needs.  He uses only the freshest of ingredients, never frozen or canned, and all of the food is prepared the day of your event in his on-site kitchen. 

Your meeting with an event coordinator begins with a tour of the center and its five beautifully appointed ballrooms accommodating 50 to 400+ guests.  Our “All-Inclusive Dinner Package” is a great value featuring a sit-down dinner and open bar.  A favorite add-on is a Platter of Pasta served family-style.

Brides, grooms and guests can expect to meet with 40+ exhibitors offering wedding day services / products, such as DJs, Bakeries, Photographers and more.  “We prefer an intimate show where brides have time to meet with exhibitors about their particular needs.  We know these select exhibitors match our philosophy of excellent customer service and product,” says Susan Morris, the Marketing Director at Wagner’s. 

The guests will be treated to a delicious food tasting prepared by Chef Tony. He is planning a sampling of their most popular menu options, such as Chicken Piccata or Marsala, accompanied by a hearty pasta, a fresh potato and vegetable.  “Specialty drinks are very popular now and we have created our own “wedded bliss” cocktail made with elderflower liqueur,” says Mary Crawford, Director of Events.  They will also have a fully stocked cash bar available.

Each of Wagner’s five beautiful ballrooms will be decorated with distinct looks to give brides great decorating ideas, regardless of their budget.  The Grand Ballroom is their largest room, featuring a fireplace, ceiling canopy and a 26-foot bar.  The East Ballroom offers a dramatic brick wall and fireplace.  The open floor is also a great room for a bride who has always dreamed of a long, center aisle to walk down.The South and West Ballrooms boast private outside patios for warmer seasons in Cleveland.  The North Ballroom is the perfect open floor plan for a cozy reception or ceremony.
