Ceremony and Reception Rental Package
Host your entire wedding including your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception with us! From our beautiful outdoor decks to our grandiose promenade level, we have many spaces for you to choose from to make your special day unique. Regardless of what you select, the views are incomparable to any other location in Cleveland, and if you select an outdoor location, we automatically book a back up indoor location per inclement weather.
Our ceremony and reception wedding package includes:
-Complimentary parking in our attached garage
-Ceremony rehearsal the day before your wedding
-2 hours of onsite set up time
-Separate rooms for the bridal party and groomsmen
-Indoor or outdoor ceremony space
-Your choice of either our Science Phenomena Floor or NASA Glenn Visitor Center for your cocktail hour
-Your choice of several reception areas
-Set up, event staffing, breakdown and cleanup
-Security, including an off-duty police officer
-Table and chair rental – Includes white padded chairs with cushions for up to 200 guests, tables for dining, and 8’ tables for your gifts, cake table, and place cards

Reception Only Rental Package
Have your ceremony elsewhere and continue the celebration at the Great Lakes Science Center for your cocktail hour and reception! You can choose between our Science Phenomena floor or our NASA Glenn Visitor Center for your cocktail hour, then have your guests move to one of our other beautiful reception locations for dinner and dancing.
Our reception only rental package includes:
-Your choice of either our Science Phenomena Floor or NASA Glenn Visitor Center for your cocktail hour
-Your choice of several reception areas
-18'x18' dance floor
-Sound system and microphone for announcements
-Table/ chair rental- Includes white padded chairs with cusions for up to 200 guests, tables for dining, food buffet, cocktail hour bar and 8' tables for your gifts, cake and place cards
-Set up, event staffing, breakdown and cleanup
-Security, including an off-duty polica officer
-Discounted parking in our attached garage
-Use of equisite surrounding views for photos
Ceremony Only Rental
Love our outdoor decks but want a more traditional reception location? We offer a ceremony-only package. Choose from one of our outdoor decks that have incredible views of Lake Erie and the Rock Hall, our cityscape lawn, our harbor level patio, or one of our indoor locations. When you book an outdoor location at the Great Lakes Science Center, we always reserve a backup indoor location per inclement weather. Contact us for available ceremony only packages and to ask about our noon ceremony special.

Catering is provided by our exclusive in-house caterer, Aramark.

Parking
Great Lakes Science Center has an attached 500-vehicle parking garage which provides easy access to the Science Center through an enclosed connector. Self-parking and valet options are available. Please note that separate parking fees apply. However, if your facility rental package is $3,000 or more, guest parking is complimentary.
